The development is located in Kowloon Tong close to the Osborm Barracks. The master plan offers four semi-detached residential houses, each consists of three storeys with roof and upper roof floors on top and carport underneath and associated external works and rear terrace. The external walls at the front are cladded with nature stone , with gold anodised aluminium framed tinted glass window. The project is completed within an eight months construction period, commencing from the construction of pile caps.
